- COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE
- One annual service inspection and preventative maintenance of the system
- Call-out with an attendance within 6 hours maximum from call (but usual attendance would normally be expected within 4 hours)
- Free technical support and advice
- Priority over non-maintenance customers
- Inclusive of all equipment, parts and labour charges, unless damage is caused accidently or maliciously
PLATINUM
- COMPREHENSIVE PLUS MAINTENANCE
- One annual service inspection and preventative maintenance of the system
- Call-out with an attendance within 6 hours maximum from call (but usual attendance would normally be expected within 4 hours)
- Free technical support and advice
- Priority over non-maintenance customers
- Inclusive of all equipment, parts and labour charges, unless damage is caused accidentally or maliciously
- Engineers will carry all spares for the site on board their vehicles so that any breakdown can be rectified without the need for a second visit
